We shipped our daughter’s Jeep Liberty from Los Angeles to Hilo two weeks ago, and want to express our sincere appreciation for the way the entire transaction was handled.

On the receiving end, our daughter was very excited to see her “new” car for the first time, and was devastated to find the battery was dead!  Robert of Town & Country also went above and beyond in reassuring us he could get it charged for us … and insisted we take his number to call if we had any problems with the car on our trip back to Kona.  In fact, he made us promise to call him when we arrived safely home … which we did.  He, too, had a great attitude – and plenty of aloha spirit.

Although several months have passed since the completion of our move from Hilo HI to Moscow ID, I wanted to send you a quick note to say that we were quite happy with the job done by Town and Country movers. They were very efficient in packing up all our household belongings at our home in Volcano HI. And, once things were delivered to our new home in Moscow ID, the only damaged item was a single wine glass (broken stem). The Town and Country staff was friendly and helpful, and even arranged to meet us at the Hilo airport to pick up our car for shipping as we unloaded luggage to check-in for our flight to Seattle.

We would recommend Town and Country movers without hesitation.

Sorry about the time lag, but believe it or not I have busy rebuilding my life.
 
This  email is being sent to thank you all for the really great service handling my move from Paradise (HI) to reality (TX).  It all began last July when I asked for help with a local move.
 
In July of " 07 I decided that I would move back to the mainland.  The beginning would be to sell at auction my  furniture.  An auction was organized for some other equipment  and  furniture from another house.  The move was absolutely flawless.  The moving crew showed up ON TIME, worked with no breaks, worked at a rapid pace, all of which were greatly appreciated since the job was being performed by the hour.  When my things were loaded the crew proceeded to the second house and loaded some very heavy furniture without incident.  One really nice attribute was the friendly and smiling attitude, like the crew enjoyed helping us with the move.
 
The second part of the move, and the difficult part was moving some VERY valuable coins and guns from Hawaii to Texas.  I had some really bad experiences with stolen guns from a previous move thru Honolulu. along with major pilferage of tools and can you believe the bumper off my truck?  Anyway Robert came up with a plan with explicit security measures including special packing, special handling, and special shipping From Hilo to Dallas, TX. 
 
The move was absolutely trouble free, on time, within budget, coordinated to the smallest detail,  and more than met my requirements..  I would also add that I have more  than a casual experience factor having owned and operated a moving company for 14 years.
 
I am very satisfied with all aspects of the move and consider Town and Country to be completely honest, timely and my friend in the moving business.  I have "suggested" that my daughter-in-law, who is planning a move in the near future to use  T AND C.
